Appointments Terms & Conditions

Booking

  • Appointments can be booked up to 1 month in advance and no later than 1 hour before the slot.
  • Walk-ins are welcome, but all clients must still register a booking at the desk or online.
  • Please arrive 5 minutes before your appointment to ensure we can start on time.

Lateness & No-Shows

  • If you are more than 5 minutes late, we cannot guarantee that your haircut will go ahead.
  • If time allows (and no booking is immediately after yours), we will try to complete your service.
  • If we are unable to serve you due to lateness, the appointment will be marked as a no-show.
  • Repeated no-shows or late arrivals may require a deposit to secure future bookings.

Cancellations

  • If you need to cancel, please do so as early as possible so we can offer the slot to someone else.
  • If you are unwell, have symptoms of illness, or have recently tested positive for a contagious condition, do not attend your appointment. You may cancel or reschedule without penalty.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service if you arrive showing signs of illness.

Children

  • For safety reasons, children must sit independently on the barber’s chair. Parents/guardians are welcome to remain close by.

Hygiene & Safety

  • Our barbers disinfect tools, chairs, and touch-points between every client, with a 5-minute cleaning gap built into the schedule.
  • Floors are swept after each appointment.
  • Hand sanitiser is provided on request.
  • For accessibility, carers or support persons are welcome to accompany clients.

Payment & Deposits

  • Most bookings do not require a deposit.
  • In cases of repeated no-shows or late cancellations, we reserve the right to request a deposit or prepayment to secure future appointments.

Service Refusal

We reserve the right to refuse service in cases of:
  • Aggressive, abusive, or inappropriate behaviour
  • Persistent lateness or repeated no-shows
  • Health or safety concerns

Privacy & Data

  • When booking, we collect only the personal information needed to manage your appointment.
  • Your data will never be sold to third parties and is only shared where legally required.
  • Records are stored securely and deleted once no longer necessary.
  • You have full rights to access, correct, or request deletion of your data under GDPR.
